Head south on Rat U-Tit 200 Pee Road for approximately 1.1 kilometers and turn right onto Prachanukroh Road (Route 4030), keep going for 350 meters. Then, turn right onto Sirirat Road for 300 meters and turn left into Soi Maneesri. Continue for 150 meters and turn left again for 60 meters. You will find the project on your left-hand side.

An affordable condo in Patong

I can’t believe I will find a cheap condo in the touristy area of Patong. The room I stayed in is a 2-bedroom unit, good size, and fully furnished. Although the condition may not look very new, every piece of furniture is still usable. There is a swimming pool and sunbeds on the rooftop where I can enjoy the sea view, making me feel so joyful.
Good location, quiet, close to Patong Beach.

It has been 2 years since I have lived here. I live alone in a 2-bed unit but use the second bedroom as a working space. The atmosphere here is quiet, not crowded. My fully-furnished room includes a closet, bed, and kitchen equipment. The project provides parking lots, but it is not enough, and there is a rooftop pool. The location is convenient, which is on the way to Kata Beach, Karon Beach, and close to Patong Beach, just a few minutes away.
