Very quiet and lovely condos situated next to the forested mountains. Very well maintained grounds with two pools. Management and staff are friendly and competent. Very little traffic on the road here but only a 20 minute walk to the beach area, although a motorbike or car is recommended for trips to other areas on Phuket. All the necessities of daily life are available in Kamala, including a Big C and several 7-11s. Many fine restaurants near the condo as well as on the beach. Very laid-back, relaxed vibe here. Plenty of hiking trails up into the mountains. Very safe and secure here.

Spacious luxury condo, decorated with quality furniture. This condo is available for daily rental and long-term rental too. It's the right place for investment because it's popular among customers. Perhaps, it's because of the location with easy access to amenities and tourist attractions. Just 4 minutes drive to Kamala beach and about 10-15 minutes to Patong beach, a venue for shopping malls, shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

I have lived since 2016. The atmosphere around the project is nice to live, and quiet. Located in a good location, close to Kamala beach. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Patong Beach. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, but unfortunately, it doesn't sell beer. The condo is a new building, 1 bedroom, spacious with private balcony, fully furnished with standard furniture. There is a swimming pool, gym, and shuttle bus service to Kamala beach for free. The staff is also lovely and super friendly. I would recommend renting a motorbike because it is very convenient when traveling.
