To get to the project by car, you can start from Mimosa Market with a distance of approximately 3.6 kilometers, which takes about 6 minutes. You can travel on route no.3 to go onto Than Nam Jai Road and continue straight for about 2.8 kilometers. After that, drive south on route for another 1.1 kilometers, make a U-turn on route no.7. and continue for another 400 meters. Then, turn right onto route no.3, passing through 7-Eleven on the left, and turn left behind Sea See Barbershop on the left. Continue driving for another 450 meters, turn left, and drive for another 57 meters. Turn right and continue for about 180 meters. Turn right again and go straight for 97 meters. A luxurious condo with a pleasant ambiance close to the beach

My family and I spent a vacation in Pattaya and stayed here for a month. The reason I stayed here is because it is a beach-access condo with a pleasant atmosphere. It is a high-rise condo, and my room is on the 19 floors, with 3 bedrooms offering a stunning view. My wife loves it so much because no other buildings obscure the scenery. I enjoy sitting on the balcony because it is relaxing and allows me to breathe fresh air. As for the location, it sits in a prime location with easy access everywhere because it connects to the main road where many buses run all the time. For me, I rented a car to go on my vacation as it is more convenient. The common area is also complete with a full range of facilities such as a communal pool, a tennis court, and a gym that I enjoy because I love exercising, especially playing tennis. Besides, the management here is excellent as the light in the bathroom didn't work, and I informed the receptionist to get it repaired. It finally got fixed very quickly.
