A small condo has good privacy.

It is a small condo with only a few units. The room rate is not very high and suitable for a long stay, and for people who want privacy as the atmosphere here is tranquil. The condo location is far from entertainment venues and away from the bustling area of tourist attractions. You can rest comfortably. Although it is a small condo, the common facilities are complete like a large condo, comprising a swimming pool, a gym, lobby, and 24-hour security. However, it is a little bit regretful; the condo's parking lot is minimal and difficult to find the parking, insufficient for the residents' numbers.
Life is great when staying here.

The condo location is very good because it is close to Cozy Beach and the Royal Varuna Yacht Club, so there are shops and restaurants around. Besides, it is also convenient to travel. The room in the condo is very spacious. I rented a 1 bedroom unit with a living area of ​​108 square meters and is well proportioned, very pleasing to me. You can also see the sea view from the balcony. In terms of the facilities, it is complete as it has a swimming pool, fitness center, key card, and 24-hour security. Stay here; I also make new friends. It is a very good condo.
A small condo and car parking spaces are not enough.

The condo area is not very vast, but many complete facilities are provided, whether a communal gym, a communal pool, and CCTV. However, the disadvantage will be car parking spaces as they are too little. Sometimes, it is not enough for the number of residents. The room is well-fitted designed, comprising a European-style kitchen, which is fully equipped with kitchen equipment. It's super good because even though this area surrounds many restaurants, we always love cooking for ourselves. However, staying here is considered private and not crowded. If you want to go to the city center, you have to spare time because of traffic jams !!

I bought a one-bedroom unit with 108 sq.m, which makes my stay feel like living in a single home. The price per square meter is reasonable. The room looks comfortable and fully furnished. The condo has two views - the seaside and the garden side. My room is at the seaside, and the view is splendid. From the condo, it takes a few minutes to reach Cozy Beach. This place made my vacation extremely comfortable and happy, and I fell in love with this place already.

I've bought a condo from Sunrise Hill for a while. The condo offers a wide range of facilities and a good communal area with a fitness center and a good-sized swimming pool. The project location is conveniently-located because it's close to Cozy Beach, Jomtien Beach, or many restaurants, shops, and many roads connected. Therefore, it is very convenient in terms of traveling. The condo surrounding and the room interior look good. The furniture is beautiful, modern and of good quality. The area is spacious, not uncomfortable, and it is really good. It is considered a worthwhile investment. Whether buying, renting, or living in the future.
Spacious condo near Cozy Beach

The condo is spacious and private as there are only 20 units, which is quite small. The maintenance both outside and inside are pretty good and new. The swimming pool is not large while the gym is well equipped. The advantage of the project is its location near Cozy and Paradise Beaches, less than 5 minutes. My room is 1-BDR, which is spacious. Personally, I'm not too fond of the room plan because this large space should be divided into 2 bedrooms perfectly. The decoration is average, not special regarding personal preferences. It's comfy to stay.

It's a small condominium project with a swimming pool, parking, and a fully-equipped fitness center. The room has a large living area of more than 100 square meters, a balcony, a separate kitchen area, and a bedroom. Most of the neighbors here are foreigners. The location is close to Cozy Beach, which is quite convenient.
