To get to the project by car, you can start from Dongtan Beach by heading southeast for about 600 meters. Then, turn left onto Thappraya Road for 400 meters and turn left again to stay on the same road. Continue for another 1.2 kilometers and turn left onto Pratamnak Road for 74 meters. After that, turn left into Soi Pratamnak 6 for 140 meters and turn right for 120 meters; you will find the project on your left-hand side.

I'm staying here. It's a project with a good atmosphere. The common area is clean. What I like the most is the rooftop swimming pool with sun loungers, overlooking a view of the beach and sunset. It's so charming. My one-bedroom unit is very spacious, located on the 3rd floor. The furniture inside the room is excellent and functional. The monthly rental fee is reasonable. Most importantly, it is close to Dongtarn Beach, Jomtien Beach, Pattaya Beach, and other famous places. I have been renting a motorbike to ride around as well.

I like the modern design of this project. The condo was completed a long time ago, but it doesn't look outdated at all. It's unbelievable that it was completed in 2008. The pool is clean with sunbeds along the side. There are two room types available from 1 to 2 bedrooms. They are spacious living spaces and furnished with fine furniture. It's modern and splendid. Plus, you can easily access many places. You can walk to Dongtan Beach, Jomtien beach, and the walking street, really convenient!
