Excellent location, rental price is not expensive

The project is located in an excellent location in Pattaya, adjacent to Jomtien Beach 2 Road, and not far from the Jomtien Night Market. From the project, it's 500 meters by foot to Jomtien Beach. The staff is helpful and nice. A 1-bedroom unit is fully furnished and ready to move in. Inside, the room layout is well-designed. Plus, the rental price is not expensive at all.

I have stayed here at this condo for 2 weeks now; at first, I only want to rent it for 3 months only, but I think I will extend the lease to a 1-year contract for many reasons. The first one is the location; I love the harmony of this neighborhood. You can walk to Jomtien beach within 10 minutes; it is a much more peaceful beach than Pattaya city. The price is entirely worth it because The room is spacious. Oh, the room I rented is a 1-bedroom type, coming with quality and fully furnished. Second, on the 29th floor, you will see a clear and beautiful Jomtien beach view. Finally, the atmosphere inside the condo is all good, including very helpful staff and various facilities. What I love is to use a sauna room and a swimming pool. For me, I would like to tell you that this is a perfect condo; I felt like I was at a warm, welcoming home. If anyone is looking for a good condo in Pattaya, I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful building with a very good atmosphere, close to the beach. There is also a shuttle bus service to nearby places. I think this is perfect for foreigners who don't have private vehicles. The room I rent has 1 bedroom. The living space is divided clearly into areas, including kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The materials are quite good at a reasonable price. The staff is nice with a strict security system so that I can have a private getaway. The facilities include a sauna, a swimming pool, a playground, and a parking space. Good condo to live in!

I bought a 2 bedroom unit at Dusit Grand Condo View, a very comfortable and spacious condo. There is a full range of in-room amenities, such as a kitchen and washing machine. Also, I can see a breathtaking view of the room. The condo is located close to the beach and provides a very impressive view. Overall, I love it whether it is a good location and surrounded by convenience stores not far from the night market. It is only 400 meters from the beach, and there is also a free shuttle service to Tesco Lotus and Makro, which is very convenient. It is very good in my everyday life.

It's another high-quality condo in the Jomtien beach area at an affordable price. The interior design of this condo is beautiful and modern. There are various types of rooms which are from 1 to 3 bedrooms. My room is a perfect-sizing 1-bedroom unit which I'm quite satisfied with. The project's facilities include a fitness center, a swimming pool, a sauna, and a steam room. Over, it's so convenient and worth the price.

At first, I looked at the 1 bedroom, and I thought it was too narrow. Our family has 3 people. My child is young, and I think I want a bigger space. When I saw a two-bedroom room, I thought it was just right and matched our needs because the room is spacious and the balcony is wide. The downside is that I think the kitchen area is still too small. When moving in, it is fully furnished. There is a washing machine and kitchen equipment, which you don't have to buy too much. Another thing is that the project has a shuttle bus to the market and nearby Tesco Lotus as well !!!
