To get to the project by car, start from the Chonburi-Pattaya Motorway, heading west on Route 3. Turn left onto Sukhumvit Road (Route 3) for 7 kilometers. Turn right at Chaiyapruek Intersection to enter Chaiyapruek Road for 1.5 kilometers and turn left onto Jomtien 1 Road. Continue for 350 meters; you will find the project on the left.

A stunning view from room

I am delighted to stay here. I had the opportunity to live here for a short stay, about 5 months last year. This project is a luxury condominium next to Jomtien Beach with an incredible view, and the view from the room is exceptional. The interior of the room is luxurious and modern, decorated with good materials from leading brands. It has full facilities such as a swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and gym. The neighbors are mostly foreigners. The atmosphere is peaceful and private. The receptionist is always friendly and ready to take care of us. I would recommend this place as it’s suitable for couples and small families. The important thing is that there is very high security. I am extremely impressed. If there is an opportunity, I would like to come back and stay again.

I wasn't disappointed that I decided to buy a room here for rent out. I posted my room through the website. The clients rented my room almost all year. In the high season, I can make a lot of money. What makes people like it very much is the location next to Jomtien beach. I consider a condo worth investing in a lot. Thank you, Fazwaz, for encouraging me to buy this place.

It is a wonderful place to stay with complete facilities, comprising a swimming pool, a fitness center, restaurants, and a cafe. There is also a very good security system. My room offers a beautiful view of Jomtien Beach. It is a calm atmosphere, with no disturbing noise. I can rest and relax well every night. The location is also close to restaurants, convenience stores, and tourist attractions. Very convenient!.

I like this place's location as it's right next to Jomtien beach, which is only a few steps away. Besides, the room is very well-decorated. The materials quality is high, which is cost-effective. I would say that the atmosphere is perfect. The facilities within the project are also available as other typical condos. Moreover, this place is only an hour away from Bangkok, making it an interesting option for those who look for a vacation rental condo.

The location is awesome as you can walk to the beachfront, just a few steps away. Jomtien Beach is quiet and beautiful. My favorite place will be the night market because there are a lot of seafood restaurants. The room I was in offered a sea view. We can relax and commune with the stunning sunset view. It is the most beautiful. Besides, there is a gym, a storeroom, and a swimming pool, which I think the service here is good even if the hotel was built a long time ago. The building still looks strong and looks new.
