The condo is divided into four phases. The common area is in good condition. The rooms are available in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom. The condo's facilities have a swimming pool, a fitness center, a garden area, and a car park on the property, but it is a bit less. The neighbors are both Thai and foreigners. It is very convenient in terms of location because Bangkok Pattaya Hospital, Lotus, and Makro are nearby, and getting to the Pattaya city center is just a short drive. Sukhumvit Road is also nearby.
