To get to the project by car, you can start from Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (Payap Campus). The total distance is about 2 kilometers or it takes about 5 minutes to drive. Firstly, head east about 7 meters and turn right onto Phranang Road. After that, go straight for 400 meters and turn left after Srivichai Dormitory (on the right-hand side). Then, keep going for 230 meters and turn right. Go straight for 850 meters and turn right onto Soi Sukhaphiban 5. Keep going for 350 meters and turn right. Keep going for about 15 meters and turn left. After that, continue about 74 meters and turn left again. Within about 240 meters, you will find the Natura Green Residence on the right-hand side.

This project is "UNIQUE". You can tell from the location. You are next to Doi Suthep with garden and mountain view from your room. It is very different from the typical condominium. It is located at the footstep of Doi Suthep, away from the noisy street, however, it is only 10 minutes from Nimmarn Road. The finishing and the construction materials are different. They used floor tile and have a soundproof block between each of the room to make sure that you have your privacy undisturbed at night. The condo is ready to move in. The price includes all the built-in and some electrical appliances so you don't need to waste your time decorating and buying stuff. Plus, the staff here is super friendly and eager to help you as much as possible.
So specification !! Want to have a residence, a luxury condo, not high, good atmosphere, near Chiang Mai city.

I have worked as a nurse in Chiang Mai. So, I wanted to buy a small condo near the city. Then I found this condo which is exactly what I wanted. This condo is a new one as it was completed not many years ago. They provide a wide range of facilities like a large swimming pool, large park, and fully-equipped gym. However, I found the gym is pretty crowded in the morning, so I have to go there in the morning before working instead. The location is great, so it’s easy to get around the city. It takes only a few mins driving to Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center and Centralplaza Chiangmai Airport. This place is suitable for me to stay alone as my room is a 40 sq.m. one-bedroom as the room is not large. Still, it’s worth it, compared to the same size in Phuket, which is so pricey. In the future, when I move back to Phuket, I can sell or rent out.
