Another quality condo in Chiang Mai.

Another quality condo in Chiang Mai. Good location near Chiang Mai Night Bazaar and Wualai Walking Street suitable for people who love a flea market like me. The room I bought has 1 bedroom, but it's 135 sq.m wide, much larger than other typical 1-bedroom units. The gym is relatively small, with a few gym equipment. The pool is clean as the staff takes good care of it. Worth paying!

I made a long-term lease, and I was not disappointed at renting here. Apart from the convenient traveling, there are also many street food restaurants, and the prices are very cheap. I was able to travel to the Night Bazaar and chilled with my friends easily. Everything was inexpensive and easy to reach. My room is on the 7th floor, can get the wind from the balcony well. It didn't need to turn on the air conditioner in winter. The weather here is quite nice full of trees. The most important thing is it does not cheat the electricity bills like other apartments in Thailand.
