- To get to the project by public transport, you can take the bus. The nearest bus stop is in front of Nang Linchee Market. From the bus stop, you can head southeast on Nanglinchee Road for about 97 meters onto Soi Nanglinchee 8. Then, turn left to Soi Amorn about 290 meters, and you will find the project on your left.
- To get to the project by car, you can head northeast on Ratchadaphisek Road for about 400 meters. Then go straight on Nanglinchee Road for about 300 meters and turn right. Within 290 meters, you will find the project on your left.

Well maintained condo

The condo was completed in 2006, but the condition overall is still well maintained. I took a look twice to view 2- and 3-bedroom units with a furniture package, and I decided to buy 2-bedrooms at a reasonable price. The rooms come with fine furniture and a swimming pool view. The project is close to the Chalerm Mahanakorn Expressway, only 500 meters, making it very convenient to travel. More importantly, it's near my office too. That's why I bought a room here.

This condo is very nice and pleasant. There is a complete range of facilities, including a communal pool, a clubhouse, a children's playground, and a gym. Every common area is well-maintained and very usable. The room is also spacious and private. The condo atmosphere is tranquil, ideal for relaxation. Besides, the location is close to many restaurants. However, using a private car is more convenient and near Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway, convenient to go everywhere.
The condo matches the living needs and convenient traveling.

The Lofts Yen Akat is a condominium project with many facilities such as a communal pool, sauna, garden, clubhouse, gym, playground, and 24-hour security are also available. Plus, it is a 10-minute drive to Chong Nonsi BTS and near the expressway as well. The journey is very comfortable. Moreover, it has a professional in-house project management system. Also, the staff is lovely, and the neighbors are quite friendly.

It is the best condo for me since I moved to Thailand. The condo was completed a long time ago but well maintained. The owner is very kind to me. The one-bedroom unit has a spacious balcony. The room is fully furnished. You can use the project's facilities, including a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a parking space. The project has a lot of foreigners living here as well. The location of the condo is good in a residential area to the community. It's quite crowded with people, not lonely at all.

This condo is so private since it is in the alley. Yet, it’s still easy to get anywhere by car or bus. In case of traveling by bus, the nearest bus station is in front of Nang Linchee Market. As for the room, I quite like it. My room is perfect as it has everything I need. The facilities in the common area are complete such as a large swimming pool and lush garden. Plus, it is also close to all conveniences as it’s in the Yan Nawa area, the potential area with complete public facilities and transportation.
