To get there by public transportation, get off at the Sukhumvit MRT station, head northeast for about 220 meters, then turn right onto Sukhumvit Soi 21/1. Walk for 260 meters and turn right about 65 meters. The project will be on your left-hand side.

Easy to travel, convenient for life

I used to rent here with my friend. It is a nice condo near the office, easy to travel to, and convenient for life. The room is spacious, allocated spaces into zones, making the room tidy and storing many things. Besides, the common area includes a communal pool, a gym, and a jacuzzi, which all areas are clean and well-maintained. The staff also well-took care of the residents and excellently helped them as well.
Easy access to BTS and MRT

It is such an old condo situated in the city center, offering fantastic scenery. It is close to the BTS and MRT stations, easily accessible. The prices are reasonable. Inside the condo, it is clean with an excellent security system. My room is spacious with acceptable living areas. Besides, the rooms are in zones and proportions, easily using those areas. Moreover, the common area includes a communal pool and a big communal gym for the residents. In general, it is pleasant to live here, and I will continue renting it for a long time.

My stay at the Wind Sukhumvit was great, its built by major developments (a well known BKK developer), so has a nice up-market feel, but is show some signs of ageing and wear and tear. Units are well laid out and decent views offered on some units. The swimming pool is nice and usually quite quiet and private, with a small but ok gym to add. Security are good and there all day/night with a shuttle bus down to the BTS which is only 7-8 mins walk. Easy access to Terminal 21 and the CBD - so overall well recommended.

I bought a 1 bedroom room, and the room size is 51 square meters, which is just right. Plus, the perfect proportion makes the room not cramped. As for the project facilities, there are also swimming pools, jacuzzis, fitness center, and lobby, all of which are well maintained. You don't have to worry about deterioration or cleanliness. Moreover, this place is located in the Sukhumvit area, Bangkok's business district, so it's easy to travel because it's close to the Sukhumvit MRT Station. Walk out of the alley for a while, and it is close to Terminal 21 too. I regularly go for dinner at Terminal 21.

I have been living here for 3 years, and I think the condominium is reasonable. The area is rich in business venues, entertainment, bars, restaurants, and big shopping malls like The EmQuartier, The Emporium, and Terminal 21. It is also close to both Asok BTS Skytrain and Sukhumvit MRT, which allows easy commuting. My room is a 1-bedroom type at 54 sq.m, which I think it's very spacious for my brand name bag collection. The design of the room is excellent in well-proportion. I have heard that they applied special techniques to allow wind flow, so it's always airy without relying on air conditioners, which helps me save my electric bills. Although the condo is pretty aged, it doesn't look bad at all because the juristic persons maintained it very well, both exterior and interior. The facilities are various. I am a health lover, so I always use a gym and a swimming pool. For those who live with family, the project provides a playground for kids. The security system meets the standard. There are security guards for 24 hours and key card access, so I don't have to worry about it. Such a shame that the parking lots are not enough for residents with cars. But overall, it is okay. I recommend it!!

Perfect location, great view, great building, clean, and well-maintained, close to MRT and BTS Stations. It is very comfortable to travel in. The room interior is decorated with lovely warmth and wooden floor, looks charming, and quality furniture. With this modern design, it matches the city people's needs because it is close to many amenities. If anyone is looking for a complete condo in the heart of the city and situated in a good location, this place is the answer.

The location here is quite convenient both inside and outside. The interior offers complete facilities and comes with a large swimming pool. The room I stayed in was on the 15th floor where I can see the most beautiful city view in the evening. The atmosphere inside is calm and quiet, even located in the city center. The disadvantage is that the parking lot is too small and narrow. However, it is surrounded by shopping areas and convenient transportation, not far from Sukhumvit MRT and Asok BTS stations.

The condo is in an excellent location with all the convenience right in front of you. It's close to Asok Montri Road, convenient for commuting via MRT and BTS station. It's also close to Terminal 21, Robinson, and various restaurants. The project has a lovely pool and a fitness center. The project offers a beautiful and quiet vibe amidst a busy neighborhood. My neighbors are mostly foreigners because the price is quite high for rental.
It is an excellent place to live!

My father bought a fully furnished 1-bedroom unit here for me to stay with my sister. It is close to SWU, where my sister and I are studying, making it very easy to walk to the university, and it is close to Sukhumvit MRT, Asoke BTS too, it's easy to get around. At first, we won't take it because the condo looks a bit old, but when I visited the room and looked at the surroundings, and liked it. Good service staff, the facilities are complete and have a peaceful atmosphere. It is an excellent place to live!
