- To get to the project by public transport You can take the MRT service. The nearest MRT station is Phetchaburi MRT. Once you get off the station, head northeast on Asok Montri Road for about 152 meters. Then, turn right and go straight for about 500 meters. After that, turn left, and within 400 meters, you will find the project.

- To get to the project by car. You can start on Asoke Montri Road by heading south past Asok Montri Intersection. Then, go straight for about 700 meters onto Sukhumvit Soi 11, and go straight for about 550 meters. Then, turn right and drive another 130 meters. After that, turn right again into Soi Sukhumvit 13 for about 76 meters and turn left into Soi Ruamjai. Then, go straight for 32 meters and turn left again. Within 67 meters, you will find the project on the left.

The poolside atmosphere is excellent

The poolside atmosphere is excellent; it is a place that I like to lie down, read a book, or swimming. It makes me feel well relaxed. My room that I bought myself is a 2-bedroom unit that is about 100 square meters, which is very spacious for me to stay alone. But I spare another room for relatives or friends who visit as well. All of the furniture is from major brands. The project is located in Soi Ruam Jai, which is quiet. It's less busy as there are not many cars passing by as in the city. Convenient access both by land and river. Located close to NIST International School, Wattana School, Nana BTS station, and the International Ferry Terminal.

I stay in this condo with my family. Our room is a penthouse unit, decent size, and clearly divided. As the design may not look very modern, the appliances and furniture still work properly. Plus, the atmosphere of the condo is quiet and private since there are only 51 units. In terms of facilities, it's not very luxurious, but there is everything I need such as a swimming pool, fitness center and parking lot. Moreover, this place is close to many important places such as MRT, schools, shopping malls, and shops, but at the same time, it is not on the main road, and there is still privacy.
