Location and Transportation
The Trendy Sukhumvit 13 is on Sukhumvit Road, Soi Sukhumvit 13, Klongton, Klongtoey, Bangkok. The area is a remarkably economic district of Bangkok, so it is always bustling with many transportation choices. Therefore, you can get to the project both by private cars and public vehicles. The main road to the project is Sukhumvit Road. The project's location is also near BTS Nana, BTS Asoke, MRT Sukhumvit, and ART Makkasan.

To get to the project by car, you can take the main route, Sukhumvit Road or road No. 3. Then, turn into Soi Sukhumvit 13 for about 190 meters, you will find the project location on the right-hand side.

If you want to use public transport, the SkyTrain is the most convenient way. You can get to the project by getting off at Nana BTS Station, the closest station. Take Exit 3 and head southeast along Sukhumvit Road about 150 meters before turning left into Soi Sukhumvit 13. The project is 190 meters from the entrance of the soi.

An interesting mix-use project

This is another interesting mix-use project because it's complete with offices, restaurants, and shops. So, I decided to invest my money here, and it wasn't a wrong decision at all. Since I bought it, I have always got clients renting this place. My room is a partial-furnished studio type in a good size, so I had to buy some furniture. The location is quite good near Asoke BTS, Terminal 21 shopping mall, many restaurants, etc.

The condo is in a busy area, and the entrance road is relatively narrow and may not be suitable for people who have their cars. Anywhere it is perfect for me because I often use Nana BTS, which I can reach in only 4-5 minutes' walk. It is also close to the mall and many other things. The food is super easy to find. The studio I rented has a reasonable rental price, fully furnished, and the facilities aren't different from other good condos.

If you live here, you will find the utmost comfort. This place is not only a condo, but there is also an office and many other retail shops. Within the condo, there is also a swimming pool, fitness center, and a security system that takes care of the residents 24/7. Great service staff.
Condo in the city center and spending life is very convenient.

It is a condo located in a good location. It is close to Nana BTS Station and along the way before the condo is surrounded by restaurants. There are not only condos in the project, but there are also shopping malls, plazas, and offices. Staying here is very convenient for living. I rented 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The room's furniture is as old as the age of the project, but it still well-works. However, it is not very private, maybe because it is not just a place to stay. Moreover, there are other facilities too, which makes the day seem busy and very private. Anyway, the advantage here will be a complete range of facilities.
The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

The rooms are beautiful and decorated with high-quality furniture, sleek and elegant, and equipped with many facilities. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The building has an excellent security system. The pool is clean, and the view is beautiful. Overall, it is considered okay. Furthermore, the project provides a wide range of facilities, such as a large communal pool. The location and prices are good. It is okay. It is also close to all the amenities nearby, such as the Sukhumvit MRT station and Bumrungrad International Hospital, only a few minutes.

The condo here can be called very large and very spacious. It has 18 floors and has over 500 rooms, but it is not crowded and quiet though. The facilities are complete, including a large swimming pool, sauna, on-site restaurant, and laundry, clean and well-maintained. The staff is helpful and serving excellent service. This neighborhood can be called the city center, and it's only about a 5-10 minutes walk to Nana BTS. Overall, I think it's worth the price paid !!
