- To get to the project by car, start from Sukhumvit Road, heading to Prakanong. Drive past Asok Montri Intersection and turn left into Soi Sukhumvit 23. Keep driving for 300 meters and turn right. Keep driving to the end of the alley. Then, turn left and keep going fo 85 meters. You will see the project on the left.
- If you prefer to use public transport, take the Skytrain. The closest station to the project is BTS Asok Station. When getting off, take the skywalk to Interchange 21 building and turn right into Soi Cowboy. Walk to the end and turn left into Soi Sukhumvit 23. Go straight for 160 meters and turn right again. Walk to the end and turn left for 350 meters, and you will find the project.

High specifications of materials and very functional layouts. It's really in a grade A location, and in the heart of Asoke's residential area. Occupancy rates in Asoke are high and this project would be perfect for investors with smaller budgets.

This project is remarkable for long term investment, and the price is reasonable as it is in CBD. This area's value has been increasing and attracted both Thai and foreigners who live and work here. If you don't live by yourself, you can rent it out. I am interested in a 1-bedroom room at 41.4 square meters, suitable for a single person or a couple. The room comes in a perfect size, and a resident can adjust the room by yourself. It comes with a full-frame window, so the room is very light. As my room is on the upper floor, I can admire the view of Bangkok. It is a good retreat for yourself. In the bathroom, there is the use of marble to give a sense of cleanliness and wideness. The modern facilities meet all needs and nice.
