The condo here is divided into 2 buildings. The building that I stayed in has 36 floors. The pool area is large and clean, adjoining with a shady garden and small patio. I never feel disappointed with this at all in both services and facilities. There are several special services that the staff will assist you with 24 hours; everything is perfect, the lobby area is spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The interior includes an open kitchen area. Also, there is a storage shelf equipped with an excellent quality infrared stove. Besides, there are various furniture installed and ready to move in. The most perfect is that it is used as a home automation system. I can control everything through a mobile phone. It is such a fantastic system and an excellent application of technology projects. It's awesome. However, it was difficult for me when I first moved in, and now I'm getting used to this area. Walking to Thonglor BTS Station is only 10 minutes, and able to connect to various places easily. If you don't want to take the BTS Skytrains, we can also use the project's shuttle bus service. The project's entrance is surrounded by many convenience stores along the way, where it is full of shopping malls and famous restaurants. Great location! I think it is suitable for people working in the central city.

It is a modern condominium located in the city center of the Thonglor area. The security system is also excellent and admirable. There are many other interesting services from the entrance of the condo, such as valet parking, personal assistant, and housekeeping services. It is called doing housework is not complicated anymore. My room consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a spacious living area. It offers beautiful city views in the Thonglor area. Besides, nearby the condo has many convenient facilities, comprising restaurants and a convenience store. It is also close to Thonglor BTS station as well, which answers to the needs of living in the city quite well.

I bought a one-bedroom unit since it's newly launched. When examining the room here, I found only a small defect. I informed the staff, so they fixed it for me. During the stay, there was no problem. The facilities were complete, and there was enough parking space for the residents. More importantly, this place's location is in a prime area near the Thonglor BTS station, making it convenient to get around.

A complete and functional condo, which inside the condo is fully equipped and decorated stylishly. I have been renting here monthly for a while now, the size of 1 bedroom and the living space in the room is just right. It answered my needs. Also, the condo is not far from Thonglor BTS; it is quite quiet. The staff is friendly, helping me all the time. The neighbors are okay without any problems. In terms of safety, there is a 24-hour security system and other facilities such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a relaxation area. It is a comfortable condo to stay in.

Close to Sukhumvit Road and Thonglor BTS, making it easy to get around. One problem is that the area is a bit noisy but acceptable. The room I bought is a one-bedroom unit at 55 sq.m. with quality furniture. The lobby is elegant and extensive. The atmosphere around the project is shady. There is a garden for walking, a swimming pool, and an outdoor fitness area.

Elegant and luxurious condo in the heart of Thonglor area. Surrounded by local amenities, such as restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The condo is clean and shady. The room is big and elegantly furnished. Space is allocated efficiently. Also, there is a lovely pool, a fitness center, a receptionist, and strict security. Poor soundproofing, so you can hear the noisy neighbors when they argue.
