Direction to the Project

To travel By BTS Skytrain, you can take the light green BTS line and get off at Thonglor BTS Station. Walking 1.8 kilometers into Soi Thonglor, Sukhumvit Road, then you will reach the Icon 1 condominium.

To Travel by car, you can start from Asoke intersection and head to Phrom Phong BTS Station. Turn left onto Sukhumvit 55 Road, and continue driving approximately 1.8 kilometers and turn left again. You will the project on the right-hand side.

Spacious room space, and the condo is safe.

This condo gives a very homely mood. Although it is an old condo, it is located at an excellent location in the Thonglor zone, a complete district, and close to the BTS station. Every unit is spacious, and the furniture is decorated with a classic look. Most of them are wooden furniture. The living area, kitchen, and bedroom are all wooden. Besides, common areas are clean, safe, and safe, and conveniently park the car.
Old buildings and expensive rentals

The buildings here are quite old, and the interior has been renovated as well. It is located in the Thonglor area; therefore, the rental prices are expensive. I think it is convenient to travel and many taxis are passing through this road all the time. As there are many convenience stores, it becomes an economic district. The project atmosphere is quiet and secured. The room consists of a kitchen installed a sink for washing dishes and a kitchen counter. If anyone likes to cook, they will like it here !!
Good location and suitable for renting

I am a person who likes unique condos. The design represents a vintage and classic vibe. So, I bought a 3-bedroom, because it is very spacious. It is comfortable and satisfies me a lot. Regarding the decorations, it nicely matches my lifestyle and preference. There are full of facilities in the room. Unfortunately, the common areas are not met my needs much. The project is located in the Thonglor area, which is in the business area and has good quality for buying and renting or buying it to live. Also, with an easily accessible location, it is easy to travel because, near Thonglor BTS, I can go anywhere easily. Besides, the project is surrounded by local amenities such as supermarkets and Villa Market, where I often visit to buy all stuff. It is convenient, and I don't have to worry about anything much.
Old building but price is good

Old building with old fashion interior decoration. The atmosphere is very quiet and private. There are not many people, so it's not noisy. Located on Thonglor Road, just 2 kilometers away from Thonglor BTS. It's very convenient as motorbike taxis and taxis passing by all the time. The traffic noise is a bit loud. The large room has 3 bedrooms, and the rental price is not too expensive.
