Quality condo with private, quiet, and natural surroundings

This condo is in a great location in the Suan Luang area, close to shopping malls, restaurants, universities and a source of employment, making life more comfortable. The condo is designed with a new concept allowing residents to live closer to natural green space, and it goes well with the lifestyle of the new generation who want to relax in greenery to keep fresh all day, which I really like. So I want to buy a condo unit for speculative sales in the future because the price is not too high, plus the building looks sustainable and beautiful. I had the chance to see the show unit. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. The room is very lovely and comfortably fit for 2 people. The well-thought-out layout comes fully furnished. Last but not least, there are many facilities, such as the swimming pool, the fitness center, the large garden and the 24-hour security system.
