The overall value is great. The location is exceptional with a market, many restaurants, near Tops supermarket, residential and an easy access to the highway. The building quality is good as well, strong walls, we can't hear anything from neighbors. The maintenance is always available to help on literally anything, bathroom fixing, wall fixing, installing something, etc...
