Good atmosphere, shady and pleasant.

The atmosphere inside the condo is pleasant. The area around the building is covered with trees. The garden is especially shady during the day or afternoon, where I often enjoy bringing my children to the lounge. I have lived here for many years because it is close to the workplace and convenient to travel to. It is also situated in an area with complete facilities and easy access, no need for long travel times. Most importantly, it's safe here. There is enough parking. The condo interior is quiet, and the neighbors are not noisy and friendly, very pleasant to live in.

The atmosphere is livable, shady, and cozy like home. This is a large 3- bedroom suite at 484 sq m. The room is clean and modernly decorated. The living space is functionally allocated with complete furniture. Just grab your luggage, and move in. The location is also convenient and adjacent to Narathiwat Road. Easy to travel, close to Chong Nonsi BTS, 600 meters away.
Condo near the office with a large swimming pool

I decided to buy a condo here because it is near the office and convenient to travel to. Usually, we use public transport and walk to Chong Nonsi BTS for only 10 minutes. Sometimes we use a private car because it's more convenient because the traffic in this area is not terrible compared to other locations. Although the condo here is quite old, the interior design is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. What I love is that the amenities are excellent. At first, I liked it because the pool was big. Anyway, when I stay here, I don't swim much. It is a reasonable condo compared to the price and location.
Good condo near the office, convenient to travel

The condo site is warm and pleasant. The communal pool is also clean, and the security system is 24 hours a day, excellent care. I bought a condo here for a while. Here, everything is complete as needed. It is also close to my office and convenient to travel anywhere. You can either take Lumpini MRT or taxi services. The condo provides 3 bedrooms with a good space zone. The room decoration is well-designed and made. Moreover, the project facilities are convenient and facilitate life, for example, a fitness center, a communal pool, and car parking. All are considered as good as the location is good and the travel is convenient.
