Direction to the Project
-To get to the project by public transportation, you can take the MRT at the Phra Ram 9 MRT, the nearest MRT station from the project. Once exiting the station, continue walking north on Ratchadapisek and use the motorcycle service to go to the project. The journey takes approximately 6 minutes.

-To get to the project by car, you can start from CentralPlaza Grand Rama 9 by heading south on Ratchadaphisek Road with a distance of about 290 meters. Then, continue straight, passing through Yaek Phra Ram, and continue onto Din Daeng Road for about 240 meters. Finally, you will find the project on the left.

This condo is located on one of Bangkok's most congested intersections and in the heart of Rama 9. The project is ideally for people that work in this neighborhood. There is lots of shopping, entertainment and dining choices in this area against a fare price. The quality of the units are mediocre

I bought this 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom condo. The project is decorated in a Japanese style, simple and modern. It also includes all the facilities, such as the swimming pool, gym, sauna, garden, car parking, and the security system. I bought those two rooms here many years ago to rent them out because this condo is located in the new CBD of Bangkok. Of course! This area is dense with the population who come to work and live. In addition, this area is surrounded by office buildings, various government agencies, as well as a large shopping center like CentralPlaza Grand Rama 9. This project is located in the central city and filled with numerous amenities that perfectly meet everyday life needs. For me, it is considered a good option for living or speculative purposes. It's such a worthwhile investment, and the prices are reasonable compared to this prime location.
