Direction to the Project
To get to the project by private car, you can start from Rat Burana Police Station by heading south on Soi Rat Burana 17 toward Rat Burana Road for 34 meters. Then, turn left onto Rat Burana Road and go straight for another 180 meters. After that, make a U-turn at Soi Rat Burana 16 and go straight for 1 kilometer. Then, make a U-turn and go straight for another 65 meters. After that, turn left and go straight for 100 meters; you will find the project on the left-hand side.

To get to the project by public transport, you can take bus No. 6 or 88. Then, get off at the bus stop in front of the Good Inn Hotel. After that, head southeast on Rat Burana Road for 61 meters and turn left. Within 100 meters, you will find the project on the left-hand side.

A second-hand condo

I decided to buy a second-hand room here. It is now in the contracting process. The main reason why I decided to buy a condo here is that it is close to work and not far from amenities such as the Big C department store, only 5 minutes drive away. In addition, the room has a spacious living area and, most importantly, fully furnished, ready to move in, no need to buy anything more, suitable for single men like me. Oh, besides, my best friend lives in this condo too. Previously, I often visited my friends in the room, so I liked the quiet condo atmosphere. And it would be nice if after work each day I went back to my room to see the beautiful atmosphere of the Chao Phraya River like my friend. There are many facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, and many others for the common area.
