-To get to the project by car, you can start from Central Plaza Bang Na by heading east onto Bang Na-Trat Frontage Road with a distance of about 950 meters. Then, slightly keep right to continue on Route 34 and continue straight for about 3.2 kilometers. After that, continue straight for another 1.2 kilometers and continue straight onto Debaratna Road for 270 meters. Finally, slightly turn left onto Kanchanaphisek Road (Route 3902) for 4.6 kilometers, and you will find the project on the left.

This 2-story detached house project consists of a spacious area with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a car park that can park up to 2 cars. The common area is spacious with many facilities, including the pool, green gardens, fitness room, parking lot, and 24-hour security system. The project is located on Kanchanapisek Road. The neighborhood is mostly luxury housing estates, and most of the homes are very spacious, and there are amenities nearby within a short drive. In addition, the surrounding area is filled with various educational institutions such as Ramkhamhaeng University 2 and Bangkok Patana School. Besides, the nearest shopping centers from the project comprise Number One Ram 2 Market and Tesco Lotus. It is recommended for anyone interested in a big house, ideal to stay together as a family. Although the price is a bit high, I think it's worth the price, and it's also convenient to travel. I recommend it.
