- To get to the project by public transport; you can take the BTS. The nearest station is Punnawithi BTS. Once you get off the station, head southeast along Sukhumvit Road with a distance of about 140 meters. After that, turn left and take the overpass to cross the road to Soi Sukhumvit 64. Then, go straight for 22 meters and keep going on Soi Sukhumvit 64 for about 300 meters. After that, turn right onto Soi Phong Wet Anusorn, and you will find the project on your left-hand side.

- To get to the project by car; you can start in front of Udom Suk Market by driving east along Udom Suk Road for 250 meters. Then, continue into Soi Udom Suk 7 for 220 meters and go straight to Soi Ruam Nam Chai with a distance of about 450 meters. After that, turn left onto Wachiratham Sathit Road for about 130 meters and turn right onto Sukhumvit Road (Route 3) for a distance of about 500 meters. Then, turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 64 for a distance of about 300 meters and turn right onto Soi Phong Wet Anusorn; you find the project on your left-hand side.

I used to live here for 2 years and I really loved the area. There are food around the condo and a 7/11. It's only 3 mins walk from the bts. There's a supermarket and restaurants at 101 The Third Place which is only 7 mins walk. The neighbours are mostly owners so they take good care of the building. Highly recommend this condo.

Many years ago, I worked at a company in Bangkok and rented this condo in Sukhumvit. It is a luxury condo with complete facilities in the common area, including a garden to relax in, a rooftop swimming pool, a garden, and the gym on the 8th floor. The project I'm renting is also close to my office. The condo is located in the heart of the city and close to Makro, restaurants, markets, convenience stores like 7-Eleven, which is so easy for me to find something to eat.
