When you leave the station, continue walking southeast onto Sukhumvit Road (No.3) for about 77 meters. Then, turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 52 to continue straight for only 210 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

I've just rented a condo for this project. It has a quiet atmosphere and people are not very crowded. Most importantly, there is no car running through because the project is at the end of the alley. It is also close to On Nut BTS and Sukhumvit Road, providing convenient traveling, either by cars or public transports. There are many trees surrounding the project, and the swimming pool is okay, but the gym needs to be improved. The room I'm renting is a 1 bedroom unit, good size, and fully furnished, ensuring that no more furniture is to decorate. The rental cost is reasonable. I recommend it. It's nice to live in.
