This condo has only been leased for 2 years so relatively new and fully equipped with all the electrical appliances needed. last tenant was an English couple for a 2-year lease term, worked for international school nearby. They left BKK and returned to their hometown after having a baby.
A quality condo, near BTS only 250 meters away!

I rent a 2 bedroom unit here. It is very comfortable and perfect for people of working age like me. The room has a high ceiling and is divided into proportions. It is designed in a loft style that is simple but elegant! The common area has a relaxing atmosphere and comes with many basic facilities such as a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a fitness, a garden, CCTV, and security guards to take care of the resident. It is also conveniently located near the BTS station in the On Nut-Bang Na area. It is ideal for working people or students who regularly need to use BTS or anyone who can pay off, and anyone looking to rent an excellent place to live. It is well worth the price. I definitely recommend it!
