The condo here is located in the perfect location with full convenience. Travel is easy, close to the National Stadium BTS station, only a few hundred meters. There are famous restaurants, restaurants, and Siam Paragon. The project is only 8-floors, but inside it has complete facilities such as a swimming pool, receptionist, parking lot, and jacuzzi. Plus, the security system is excellent. Video door phones make it safer when inviting guests and seeing visitors. The room is stylish too, elegant and beautiful, decorated premium-grade materials, and can also enjoy decorating the room in your style. Moreover, the staff is always helpful. I used to have problems with slow water flow, but they fixed it very quickly. This project is very worthwhile for the price.

I really like this project. I bought a one-bedroom unit at 44 sq.m, which is a perfect size. The furniture is from leading brands. The project is located in Soi Kasemsan 2, near the National Stadium BTS station, making it convenient to travel anywhere. The facilities provided are completed, including a gym, mailroom, and a swimming pool. The price is relatively high, considering its location and the room quality. Very worthwhile!
