Heading north on Ratchadamri Road for about 210 meters and then turn right onto Sarasin Road about 800 meters and turn left onto Witthayu Road for another 65 meters. Then, turn right into Soi Ruamrudee community about 750 meters and turn right after AETAS Bangkok for about 350 meters. You will find the project on the left-hand side.

I rented a room here for 6 months. It is considered very comfortable. The swimming pool and gym are well-maintained. My room has 2 bedrooms at a perfect size and is fully furnished. I share the room with my friend at an affordable price. Traveling is very convenient if I use a private car because the project is next to the Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway. If you don't have a car, you might have to walk to Ploenchit BTS, a bit far away but less than 15 minutes walk.
Great condo with spacious room

I rented a spacious 2-bedroom unit with full furniture. The project has a fixed parking space for the owners, so I don't have to worry about parking. The project is a bit far from the BTS station, but fortunately, the project has a shuttle bus for residents, making it a lot more convenient. The facilities are not as various as other condos as there are only a fitness center and swimming pools. But overall, I am quite satisfied with this place.
Calm atmosphere and the location is convenient to travel.

This condo is very private, and the building atmosphere is quiet as there are few units and residents only. It is not crowded, ideal for real relaxation. The project common area is also clean. The receptionists and housekeepers serve excellent service. The guards in front of the condo always help the residents well. It is impressive. Moreover, it is conveniently located and convenient for traveling because it is located in the alley, connecting many routes. Also, it is the best way to avoid the traffic jam.

Good environment, beautiful design, and luxury; The Crest Ruamrudee is located in the city center. I am impressed to stay here. The staff is nice, friendly, and helpful. It's a good vacation experience and an unforgettable trip because it is close to many conveniences such as Ploenchit BTS, Siam Center, Siam Paragon, Bumrungrad Hospital, and many restaurants. It is quite convenient for living here.

The condo is located in Soi Ruamrudee, just 10 minutes walk to Ploenchit BTS. This area is crowded and surrounded by many condos. However, I like it because it's easy to travel to and the facilities are considered complete, whether a fitness center and a swimming pool. The room is fully furnished with a washing machine, kitchen equipment, sofa, air conditioner, and TV. Overall, the price is affordable and good value for money. It isn't easy to travel if you have a car. Taking public transport is more convenient !!!

The location of the project is excellent in the center of the city, the Ploenchit area. The project is surrounded by local amenities such as Central Chidlom, Central Embassy, and about 1 km away from Ploenchit BTS station. Nearby, there is also Lumpini Park to exercise in the evening. The project has a swimming pool, fitness center, and parking space for residents. The project has reliable security, which gives me peace of mind. The people are also very friendly.
