The project is in Soi Ruamrudee, which is quite far from Ploenchit BTS Station, but, fortunately, the project has a shuttle bus service, making it much more convenient. The condo atmosphere is peaceful because the condo has only a few units and few residents live in, suitable for relaxing. There is only one type of room, which is a one-bedroom unit. The room size is decent, not too narrow, and fully furnished, which is so cost-effective. The highlight of this place is that we can see the city view from the swimming pool, which is very enjoyable, but sometimes the pool is not as clean as it should be. After informing the juristic person, they came and cleaned immediately. The gym is a bit too small, but the equipment still looks new and works properly. The security system is reliable, making me feel at ease
