It is an affordable single house with a strong and durable structure. The house interior is a beautiful design, very usable, and storing many things. The atmosphere is okay, and the neighbors are cute and lovely. There is also an excellent security system, and its location is convenient for life. It is surrounded by markets, restaurants, and shops. Very convenient!!

It is a great house, nice decoration, and modern design, ideal for present-day. The house interior is divided into proportion, suitable for each room. The room is tidy, and the furniture is of good quality. Besides, the Pruksa Ville Phetkasem 110 is close to various amenities such as restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. My life is getting easier every day.

Located in an urban area near Thonburi University. Very convenient to get to shops, restaurants, and fresh markets around the project. Our neighbors are families or students. The house is a two-story semi-detached house with a fence and one parking. Reasonable price, so I can manage to pay off easily.

Nice house at a low price! The house area is wide, but the house plan is designed. The price I have paid excludes the furniture, but that's good because I prefer to decorate it myself. Project security is quite high because the guards are always on duty. The surrounding area is full of restaurants, a market, and shops, so it's easy to find food, including CJ Supermarket, Tesco Lotus Express, and Sangsiri Market.
