Direction to the project
To get to the project by private car, You can start from Thong Lo BTS station with a distance of approximately 650 meters, or it takes about 2 minutes. Then head southeast on Route no. 3 toward Soi Sukhumvit 55. After that, continue straight for about 270 meters and make a U-turn at Soi Ban Kluay Tai or Soi Sukhumvit 40. Finally, continue straight for about 400 meters, and you will find The Esse Sukhumvit 36 on the left.

To get to the project by BTS, you can choose to get off at the nearest BTS station, Thong Lo BTS. It only takes a few minutes to walk a distance of 180 meters. Then, use exit 2 and walk down the stairs for 65 meters. After that, head northwest for another 13 meters and turn right onto Route 3. Continue straight again for 91 meters, and you will find The Esse Sukhumvit 36 on the left. However, taking a motorbike taxi instead of walking is more convenient and faster.

The Esse has a great location right at the BTS stop and probably the beat facilities I've ever seen in terms of pool, gym, amazing spa/sauna area, private cinema room, private dining rooms. Apartment very comfortably funished, the 2nd bedroom soubles as an office thanks to the cool fold-against-the-wall bed system.

I have reserved a 3-bedroom condo here. The unit area is spacious, but it is still not completed yet, expected to be completed in 2020. According to the showroom and its information provided by the salesperson, I like the swimming pool and garden on the 7th floor overlooking the beautiful city view. The swimming pool is Olympic-style, where you can swim and exercise to the fullest. As for the fitness room, there is a lot of equipment, including exercises to build muscles and cardio. The location is considered convenient and near Thong Lo BTS station because I prefer to travel by Skytrain more than by private car, only a short walk from the condo. It allows me to go shopping at the big shopping malls comfortably. This neighborhood is filled with restaurants, many convenience stores, and supermarkets. It is the perfect location, ideal for living for people who like urban society. Anyway, condo prices are very high as well. Now I'm counting the days waiting to move in; as soon as the interior decor is completed, it will be the New Year's gift for my family.
