Direction to the project

To get to the project by car, you can start from Ekkamai BTS, approximately 1.7 kilometers. It takes about 4 minutes by heading northwest on Route 3 to Soi Sukhumvit 63/ Ekkamai Road, passing through the Phed Mark on the left. Then, continue for 550 meters, turn left before 7-Eleven T-One Building, and continue straight for about 700 meters. After that, turn left onto Soi Saman Chan and continue for 400 meters. Then, turn left onto Sukhumvit Soi 42, continue for another 27 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

To get to the project by BTS, you can take the BTS services and get off at Ekkamai BTS station with a distance of 450 meters. It takes about 6 minutes by walk. Once exiting the station, go down the entrance point for 72 meters and head southeast onto Soi Sukhumvit 42. Then, continue straight for about 24 meters and walk slightly to the right to enter Soi Sukhumvit 42. After that, continue for about 350 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

The condo here is very secure and private. I stayed privately throughout the day. The condo site is non-crowded, far from the bustling area. The room is modern and beautifully decorated. It comes with complete appliances, worth the rental rate. The location here is 350 meters close to Ekkamai BTS station, easily accessible.

I have lived here for 2 months. This project is clean and safe. Moreover, the staff is very helpful with an organized management system. My room is a 2 bedroom unit, living with 2 friends and it doesn't feel too narrow. There is a spacious balcony overlooking a beautiful night view. Besides, this condo has full facilities, including a swimming pool, a reception hall, a relaxation area, and a fitness center that meets our needs. It may be a long-distance from tourist attractions and various shopping malls. The closest BTS station is Phra Khanong station, which is 1 kilometer away.

The condo here is very quiet and private. Its location is in a good location in the central business centers. Getting around is considered convenient because it is close to Ekkamai BTS, very flexible for traveling. I like it here. The room is fully furnished with built-in furniture and beautifully decorated. There is a balcony overlooking Bangkok's incredible city scenery at night. I also love the swimming pool, which is very shady. Besides, there is a fully equipped gym with diverse exercise equipment to choose from according to your style. The gym offers a pool view. Moreover, the project location is close to shopping centers and hospitals, including Sukumvit Hospital, The Emporium, and Major Cineplex Sukhumvit. The nearby restaurants serve delicious food and at an affordable price, only a few steps there. However, many populations live here, which is considered very crowded. Some people may not like it, but it's not a big problem for me.
