To get to the project by car, start from Terminal 21 department store (in front of Asoke BTS). Head southeast on Sukhumvit (Route no. 3) for 2.7 kilometers. Then, make a U-turn at Soi Ban Kluai Tai and continue for 270 meters. Turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 38 for 350 meters; you will find the project on the right.

To get to the project by public transportation, the nearest station is Thong Lo BTS, which is 450 meters from the project. Exit the station and head southeast for 64 meters. Then, turn right onto Soi Sukhumvit 38 for 350 meters; you will find the project on the right.

Best Pet Friendly condo in the area (Ideo+Ashton)

I have visited many pet friendly condos but none reaches the level of Ideo Morph 38 + Ashton Morph 38 (same complex, different buildings). Ideo Morph 38 offers a wide range of duplex in its 8 floors. The building is well managed and with high standards of security. The swimming pool is beautiful and the coworking is amazing. Nice pet policy (strict one) that guarantees that it is nice to have a dog or a cat here. Some other buildings are flexible policy (meaning: no rules at all). But here is not the case.

A modern condo with an outstanding design. The project adds the green space of the trees decorated in European style. The room is fully-furnished with modern furniture. Inside the project, there is a complete common area such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a library. More importantly, the condo is pet-friendly as pets are good friends to help me get away from loneliness.

Good location and pleasant to live in. I love the condo decor that brings the lush green nature blended with modernity, making the condo look natural and creating the atmosphere shady and pleasant for relaxing. I bought a 1 bedroom unit, perfect for living with 2 people. It will feel uncomfortable if staying more than 2 people. The materials used are also nice with perfectly allocated, look tidy. Good design and convenient to use !! The room rate is also not high, and you can comfortably rent it for the long-term then.

It's just one of a few projects where pets are allowed, so we decided to stay here. Our room is a one-bedroom loft unit, making it look spacious and airy, while the kitchen has a partition, so you don't need to worry about the annoying smell. There is a spacious swimming pool, and there are sunbeds around the area to sit and chill in the evening. More importantly, the location of the project is not far from Thonglor BTS. It takes a few minutes to walk. It is also worth investing in the long run.

It is a perfect project. Pets are allowed. My boyfriend and I decided to buy a room here. We purchased a duplex type with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a balcony extending from the room, which will see a stunning view. It's decorated with beautiful and quality furniture. The rooftop swimming pool, gym, and lounge are well maintained. Over there, you can see the lovely atmosphere of the Thonglor area. The project's location is in Soi Sukhumvit 38, which has shops, many convenience stores, and restaurants. There is also a Thonglor BTS near the condo. Just a few minutes' walk.
