Near Phrom Phong BTS station, only 900 meters!

It is a luxury condo, living comfortably with an infinity pool. Also, there are many places for foreign tourists to eat and have a good time. And it's also a family-friendly area. A beautiful building, a good location, and a beautiful pool view answer the city people's needs because it is close to Phrom Phong BTS, convenient to go anywhere. I recommend it if anyone is looking for a condo in the Khlong Tan area.

Luxurious condo in the heart of the city. Close to Queen Sirikit National Convention Center MRT and Benjakitti Park. The design is elegant, modern, clean, and has a lot of shady green areas. The common area can accommodate a large number of residents. It has a swimming pool with the most fantastic night view and a fully equipped fitness room. The staff was well trained, always ready to serve. The interior of the room is luxuriously decorated. The higher floor you live on, the more beautiful the city view is. The furniture is in a European style imported from leading international brands. During rush hours in the morning and the evening, the roads around the project are quite busy and noisy a bit.
Easy to travel and near the office

My girlfriend and I bought this condo because it is close to the office. However, the traffic is quite a jam, and it is not convenient to use a private car. We always take the BTS to the office. This condo is modern and provided a high-privacy of common areas. There is also an infinity-edge pool on the rooftop, overlooking a panoramic city view. Apart from that, the staff at the lobby serve good services, cheerful, and help the residents all the time. Moreover, the security system is also excellent. Generally, it is worth the price, and we are not disappointed to stay here for the long-term.
It is an expensive condo but worth the money.

There are 2 buildings here, there are many residents, and most of them are foreigners. The condo features a complete range of facilities. The swimming pool is clean and closes at around 10 pm. The gym has modern equipment. Moreover, other common areas are designed to be spacious. The price here is relatively high. Anyway, I think it's worth paying because it is centrally located in Bangkok. Traveling to various places is also convenient and fast. Anyone looking for excellent quality accommodation, I recommend it here !!
Superb condo in a great location

I'm a Brazilian tourist. Last month, I planned to visit Bangkok for two weeks. I was worried about the language barrier, transportation, and safety because I was a female solo traveler. It took me a long time to get information about the location and accommodation on the Internet. Then I came across the Lumpini 24 condominium. I chose this place because the location is in the center of the city, so it's easy to get around as Prompong BTS station is within walking distance. You can get to Siam BTS station where you can find large shopping malls and Chatuchak station from this station. It's a huge flea market where you can get souvenirs for friends and family at a reasonable price. But, if you want to roam around the area nearby, you can still go to places nearby such as Emporium and Emquartier within walking distance. Get tired of going to shopping malls? You can find a few restaurants such as Thai, Japanese and Western restaurants. I just knew that there are many foreigners and residents in the area so that you can be fascinated by a multi-cultural society. Once I went to the Starbucks coffee shop near my place, and I absolutely love its design as its combination between European and Thai. I can't help taking photos for my friends. I stayed in a one-bedroom type, which is large and well divided. I stayed on the 43rd floor so I could see a spectacular view of Bangkok. The facilities include a gym, a sauna room, but what I like the most is the swimming pool on the 41st floor. I usually went there and enjoyed the sunset. There also are enough sunbeds provided. The staff at the lobby is service-minded. All of them are friendly and willing to help. It was a fantastic trip. I didn't want to return home at all. I'll definitely stay here once I come back again.
