A pleasant condo with lush green areas and gardens to relax surrounded. Inside the project, it comprises a communal pool and other interesting common areas that are well-maintained. The location is located far away from the bustling area, making the atmosphere tranquil and pleasant. The room is also simply decorated and fully furnished with a spacious area, perfect for a long term stay

The condo is 500 meters near the Phrom Phong BTS station, convenient and close to many important places. I chose to rent this condo to stay with my beloved one. Also, it is close to my office, in terms of traveling, it is very convenient and matching our needs. Serene Place is very answerable because it is designed with privacy and fully furnished, ready to move in. Besides, all rooms are perfectly proportionate, including all appliances, whether electrical appliances installed, which is very quality. The project facilities are also excellent and complete, comprising a swimming pool, a fitness room, and car parking. This condo is located in the city center and easily accessible to amenities such as Terminal 21 and Central World, which are convenient. The neighbors are also friendly.

It is considered an enjoyable place to stay because various local amenities are just nearby. Traveling by Phrom Phong BTS is easy and convenient because the station is only about 500 meters away. Besides, it is also close to the Emporium and the EmQuartier shopping mall. There are many hotels in the neighborhood, so the area is quite touristy. I decided to buy a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom room without hesitation for renting out. My room comes in a decent size - excellently divided into zones. Moreover, the furniture is well built-in. The view from the window is Benjakitti Park, which has a very shady atmosphere!

My friend has lived here for a long time. The atmosphere and the outside conditions still look good. The condo is located near Phrom Phong BTS, about 600 meters within walking distance, and easy to walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall (takes around 10 minutes). Considered a good location, easily accessible from multiple routes. Swimming pools and other facilities still look pretty good.

I just moved here. It is not a luxury project, but the interior is decorated with quality and durable furniture. The common area comes with a communal pool, a gym with equipment, unfortunately, there is a little exercise equipment to play with, but it's that not bad. The advantage of this project is that it has all-around convenience. In terms of transportation and living, it is close to famous department stores such as The Emporium, EmQuartier, and Terminal 21. I like it the most because the project location is close to the Phrom Phong BTS Station, just 5 minutes walk to get there. It meets the need for my commute to work during rush hour, don't worry about traffic jams in Bangkok. It is suitable for urban lifestyles; I love it here!
