To get to the project by car, you can start from Saint Louis Hospital by heading to the west with a distance of about 1.3 kilometers, then continue driving on Thon Buri Road for about 550 meters. Then, use 2 lanes on the left to drive on Charoen Nakhon Road for about 400 meters. Afterward, make a U-turn at Soi Sathorn Mansion 2 and drive for about 140 meters and go to the left of the lanes to Krung Thon Buri for about 350 meters. Finally, you will find the project on the left.

To get to the project by public transportation, the nearest BTS station is Thon Buri BTS, which is 85 meters away from the project. When you leave the station, walk to the west on Thon Buri Road for only 2 minutes., and will find the project on the left.

This condo is suitable for living.

It is a low-rise condo that is difficult to find in this area. Even though it is located in a prosperous area, the atmosphere is quiet and ideal for living. I like the car parking lot the most because it is available to all rooms and you don't have to worry about finding a parking space. The room that I bought is a 1 bedroom unit. The interior space is spacious, open, comfortable with a large balcony. The furniture is high quality and has a luxurious design. Most importantly, it is convenient for both private cars and public transit modes since the project is close to the main road and Krung Thon Buri BTS.
