If you get to the project by car, start from Charoen Nakhon Road, the most convenient route, heading to Krung Thon Buri Road. Then, make a U-turn at Krung Thonburi Road, and drive for 270 meters before turning left into Soi Charoen Nakhon 15 A for 80 meters, you will find the project.

If you prefer to visit the project by BTS Skytrain, you can get off at Krung Thon Buri BTS, 950 meters away, or Saphan Taksin BTS, 1 kilometer away; the stations are within walking distance to the project. However, you can hire a motorcycle taxi or taxi to get to the project at your convenience.

Building is in excellent condition. Juristic office are taking good care of it. The views and space available in this building are the best among Bangkok and only a few minutes from Icon Siam.
Good value apartments apart from Airbnb rentals.

The building is generally well maintained, but rules must be enforced for renters and Airbnb banned as short-term rentals are illegal. It has good pool, gym could do with updating and more equipment. The exterior is going to be renovated to improve appearance. Good location for all essential services: shopping, hospitals, restaurants and a great little park next door. If buying, go for an apartment on the side away from the bridge and above floor 20 for the best river views. Great value for money compared to new builds that are smaller, more expensive and with higher management fees.

This location is truly a GEM just near ICON SIAM walking about 8 mins.ALL FACILITIES ARE EXCELLENT AND MANAGEMENT COMPETENT. BEST CONDOS ARE OVER 30TH FLOOR OVER LOOKING CHAOPAYA RIVER AND FIREWORKS EVERY WEEK JUST AMAZING VIEWS

The apartments with balconies overlooking the river on the quiet side are the ones to go for. Avoid the ones on the other side. High quality materials were used in this building and is it quiet, peaceful and really convenient for everything on this side of the river with Icon siam, Villa Supermarket, loads of shops and a ferry boat and BTS station. Great river views. Owned for three years here. Only gripe I have is with owners who illegally rent on Airbnb but they are reported and fined by management when caught.

Amazing pool landscape plus a sauna! I stayed in an 80sqm two-bedroom unit with a river view and i enjoyed every morning. it's a fantastic building and the only real drawback is the traffic over Sapan Taksin
