My friend recommended a townhome in this project for setting up an office because the location is close to the business district and it's convenient to keep in touch with customers in the Sathorn area and nearby neighborhoods. In addition, the BTS Skytrain is also connected to the MRT, making it easy to go shopping and hang out in this neighborhood. I visited the project and found out that its simple box-shape building design makes it easy to turn into a home office, though it may need to be repainted and renovated in some areas, which is not a problem for architects. I also planned to use the upper floor as a place for living. As the project has many facilities such as a swimming pool and a 24-hour security system, I don’t hesitate to buy it. This project is perfect both in terms of location and usable space.
