Traveling by the BTS You can take the BTS and get off at Saphan Taksin BTS Station, then take the motorbike taxi or taxi service to get to the project directly.

Private car You can start from Sirat Expressway and head west along Chan Road. Go straight onto Charoen Rat Road for about 550 meters. Then, turn right behind Guay Jub Mr. Joe intersection (on the right side). Continue straight for only 69 meters, turn left to run on Soi Chan 44, and continue straight again for another 29 meters. Then, You will find the project on the right.

This is a low density building with only 99 units available. The unit sizes are perfect for families and the materials are of high quality. Layouts are functional and I like the proximity to the riverside and the surrounding landmarks. This project would be perfect for families that go to Shewsbury International School.

It is a new project that has just been completed. The interior is luxurious and modern. It’s decorated with quality and beautiful furniture. Moreover, the common areas are fully equipped, including a library, music room, sky lounge, fitness center, co-working space, and swimming pools around the building. There are 5 types of rooms available. The project is situated close to Centralplaza Rama 3 and ICONSIAM, very convenient to buy food and do shopping. Also, the project is surrounded by famous schools and hospitals such as Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep (South Bangkok Campus) and BNH Hospital. Unfortunately, this project is a bit far from BTS, but the nearest station is Saphan Taksin BTS station which is about 1 kilometer away. However, it is close to Si Rat Expressway with only 2 minutes away, considered as another good option for traveling. Overall, this project is very attractive.
