probably the best value sea view condo in this area. comfortable and quiet development with several pools and several small buildings. phase 3 is probably the best area of this development.

this development is in a great location and offers a lot of different units type. i lived there for 5 years in 2 different units and phase 3 is much better and more recent. the first phases are also nice but a bit old for some units. overall most units offer great sea view and a very convenient location. they also have several pools, i believe one per phase so the pools are not crowded. i really enjoyed staying there and i would go there again if i had to live in southern phuket.

the new project is under construction, which is a beautiful and modern design. there is a swimming pool, fitness center, restaurant, and ample parking. the rooftop also has a swimming pool and bar. the showroom is modern in design and furnished with a full set of standard furniture. there is also a small kitchen corner, great for easy cooking. the project is in a great location as well, close to karon beach and 5 minutes to patong beach, and 20 minutes to phuket town. however, it is a good location so it is very suitable for investment because it is the perfect location with a famous tourist attraction that can definitely get good returns.

it is an excellent location on the way up to patong hill overlooking the andaman sea and next to sirirat road. the location makes it easy to travel to both patong beach or phuket town. wonderful atmosphere as the project is surrounded by trees. the facilities range from a swimming pool, spa, fitness, restaurant, and lobby. the rooms are available in studio and one-bedroom types. the living space comes in proper size with well-organized furniture. the price is cut now, so it isn't that expensive. it is perfect for investment.
