it is a new house project, providing a shady atmosphere due to the abundance of trees. there is also a large common area with a park, a playground, a swimming pool, and a fitness room. overall, it is peaceful, and there is a safe security system. for visitors, access and exit cards must be exchanged regularly. my house's decoration and design are standard. it is well-designed, there are four bedrooms that are a pretty good size. and the location is excellent since it has a small community mall with shops and restaurants in front of the project. also, getting to the nearby places is in just a few minutes, excellent value!

a new house project that is both modern and livable has recently been completed. the surroundings are very private and shady. furthermore, because the project only has 6-units, there aren't many neighbors, so it is also possible to get to know each other. there is some quality furniture inside the house which is worth the price. the street in front of the house is quite broad. i'm impressed by the location because it is close to the city, also close to the market, tesco lotus, and the hospital, which is very convenient.

my old house, which i used to invest in, has now been released for other owners. this location is perfect. it is a neighborhood with a lot of chinese restaurants located on the main road. also, it is simple to travel anywhere, less than 5 kilometers from promenada chiang mai shopping mall. the commercial building is a four-story building with three bedrooms that is quite spacious inside. in terms of parking, i can say that it is very convenient. there are plenty of parking spaces in front of the building. the neighbors are welcoming.

the project is next to the main road, easy to find, and close to the local community. the atmosphere is calm and uncrowded. home prices are reasonable. my house is a two-story detached house with a yard around it and a parking lot for two cars. the house's design is unique. the staff is excellent and helpful which can solve the problems quickly. unfortunately, there is no clubhouse in this project and the swimming pool or fitness center.

my brother bought this house as our family home vacation because we enjoy visiting chiang mai. the main reason for choosing this project is that it has only 9 units, providing privacy in a nice atmosphere, and it's not far from the golf course in which my brother loves playing golf. the modern house may look contrasting to the natural atmosphere around the project, but i think it's the perfect combination. my brother decided to buy the house with the largest land area because we need a garden area for family outdoor activities. the house's interior is beautifully designed, spacious, open, and well-proportioned into various zones. moreover, there are restaurants, tourist attractions, department stores, hospitals, etc., and getting to mueang chiang mai is also not difficult; it takes only 10 minutes.

i fell in love with this place all over again. it's peaceful and shady, especially during the winter. it is so refreshing. the village has a large park, as well as a swimming pool and a fitness center. the house has two floors, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. there is a green area surrounding the house, with private parking. the neighbors are lovely and friendly. the security guards take good care of residents. the location is excellent, right on the main road, it takes about 10 minutes to travel to promenada chiang mai. recommend!

i went to many projects in the san kamphaeng area and saw many sample houses, but i finally like this project. the house plan of this project is beautiful with a large area. there are yard and plants around the house and the car parking. the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the new and modern decoration as it's just been completed. the project offers air-conditioners in every bedroom and living room. anyway, the selling price doesn't include furniture. besides, this project has only 9 units. opposite the project is rice fields, suitable for people who love nature and privacy.

my father has a business in chiang mai, so our family often visits the province and starts thinking of having a vacation home for our family members. this villa is an answer as it has 3 bedrooms with parking space and an indoor pool. i like it very much! the surrounding atmosphere is quiet. neighbors here are both thai and foreign. most of them bought this house as a vacation home as well. going in and out of town is not difficult, and going to the airport takes half an hour. very nice!

the project has a beautiful modern house design and a high level of security. you will be safe with 24-hours security guards. in terms of location, it is private and quiet. it is also easy to travel to the city because it is not far from the main road, only about 10 minutes to travel to central chiangmai and the fresh market. i bought a large house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms because my family has 6 people, both young children and the elderly. so i'd like a place that's quite large. it's very good living in the house. there is plenty of space, beautifully designed and well-organized. i was impressed indeed.

i just made a contract to reserve a 2-bedroom house in this village which is scheduled to be completed about the beginning of next year. it is a modern-style detached house project. the interior has high ceilings, giving it open space and perfectly divides the space into proportions. there is also a garden in front of the house decorated with various types of trees. the common area has a wide variety of facilities, such as the swimming pool, fitness center, and gardens around the village. the village is located on the main road, making traveling comfortable and easy access to central department stores, shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. this village is considered as one of the villages conducive to living and daily life as well. i believe that this house will elevate my quality of life when i move in.
